With servo motor-driven precision cutting, PLC automation, and customizable features, our systems ensure clean, accurate cuts while maintaining reliability and scalability across different production needs.

Pilot-Scale Cutting System

The Pilot-Scale Cutting System is designed for small-scale module processing, making it ideal for research and prototyping. With a compact footprint and motor-driven guillotine cutting, this system provides precise, single-module cutting while ensuring efficient and repeatable results for pilot-scale membrane production.

The Automatic Pilot-Scale Cutting System enhances efficiency with servo motor-driven cutting and integrated module heating, ensuring clean, precise cuts while optimizing the potting process. Designed for longer module cutting (up to 1,200 mm), this system offers greater automation and control, making it suitable for higher-volume pilot and small-scale production.

Featuring a hydraulic-powered guillotine cutting mechanism, PLC automation, and a touch-screen interface, this system is designed for high-volume industrial production, ensuring precision, consistency, and efficiency at scale.
